Sweety Mukherjee's work experience includes serving as a Senior Engineer-Business Development in Aimil Ltd. since November 2022, where they work in the industrial division's inside sales technical team. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer-Business Development in Optimized Solutions Limited from November 2020 to October 2022, focusing on the test and measurement division's inside sales technical role. From September 2018 to October 2020, they held the position of Internal Sales Coordinator in MTS Engineers Pvt Ltd, specializing in instrumentation division sales coordination. Additionally, they worked as a Front End Engineer in PCB Planet from May 2018 to August 2018.

Sweety Mukherjee attended Pragati High School and completed their 10th Class education. Sweety then pursued a Diploma in Engineering in Electronics & Communications from L.J. Institute Of Engineering And Technology, graduating in 2015. After that, Sweety went on to study at Vishwakarma Government Engineering College where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications in 2018.
