Smit Shroff worked as a Quality Engineer at Fag Bearing India Limited in Pune from June 2017 to December 2017. Smit then joined Aimil Ltd. in July 2019 as a Project Engineer, and is currently in this role.

Smit Shroff pursued their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Smit obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Parul Institute of Diploma Studies 638, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Following their diploma, they enrolled in ITM Vocational University, Vadodara, where they completed a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from 2014 to 2018.
