Joshua Soxsmith is an experienced professional in claims management and dispute resolution, currently serving as the Lead Technical Specialist at IAG since February 2018, where responsibilities include leading a team, training staff, and overseeing claims decisions and quality assurance. In addition, Joshua has contributed as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist, focusing on resolving complex claims disputes and identifying fraudulent activities. Since June 2019, Joshua has been actively involved as a Youth Mentor with AIME, facilitating workshops aimed at empowering disadvantaged youth. Previous roles include significant positions at Shine Lawyers, where Joshua held the Chairman role for the Claims Conduct Committee and managed complex insurance claims, as well as serving as a Claims Representative at WorkCover Queensland. Joshua's educational background includes ongoing training with CCIQ since 2012.
