Terry Lynn Blackstock has held various roles throughout their work experience. Terry Lynn started in 2005 at ATB Financial, where they worked as a Senior Manager in different areas such as Risk & Regulatory Compliance, Finance FP&A, and Finance Operations & Internal Controls. Terry Lynn then worked as a Management Consultant at Classic Elevator Interiors Ltd. from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) as a Senior Business Readiness Lead. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Program Manager at Peoples Group, focusing on Regulatory Compliance Management. In 2022, they joined Nutrien as the Finance Transformation Lead before moving to Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) in 2023 as the Business Transformation Lead and Project Manager.

Terry Lynn Blackstock has a Project Management Certificate from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) and a Certificate in Financial Planning from the Canadian Institute of Financial Planners. Additionally, Terry has obtained certifications such as Scrum Master Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute in 2020, Change Management Foundation from APMG International in 2019, and Change Management Practitioner (CMP) from APMG International in 2019.
