Marcella Romero is a strategic and innovative leader with over 25 years of experience in the rehabilitation sector. As the Founder and CEO of the Arriba Group, established in 2020, Marcella expanded a one-woman operation into a successful family of companies, including Rehab Management, AimBig Employment, and LiveBig, employing over 550 diverse staff across 170+ locations. Rehab Management, which Marcella founded in 1998, has grown into a national enterprise with 58 offices, while AimBig Employment, launched in 2018, operates in 150 regions across Australia. LiveBig, introduced in 2019, specializes in allied health services for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, Marcella served as a Non-Executive Director at SynchronoSure® until December 2023. Marcella holds advanced degrees in Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University and the University of Sydney, along with a graduate certificate in Occupational Rehabilitation.
