Eric Rutledge (LION) is an accomplished business development executive with a strong background in the tech talent ecosystem, currently serving at AIM Careerlink since January 2017. This innovative not-for-profit focuses on career development and education programs, impacting the Silicon Prairie through initiatives like the Futures program, which offers tech learning experiences and mentoring for youth.
