Carolyn Durante is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Relationship Manager, Literacy Facilitator, and Implementation Specialist at AIM Institute for Learning & Research since June 2022, where the focus is on implementing effective reading and writing practices in schools. Carolyn also works as an Instructional Coach at EdConnective and as a Micro-Credential Assessor and Approver at BloomBoard, Inc. In addition, Carolyn has contributed as an ELA Content Reviewer and Writer for EdReports.org since March 2015 and served as the Assessment, Evaluation, and Testing Coordinator at The Chapin School until August 2023. Previous roles include Core Advocate for Student Achievement Partners and various teaching positions, including Special Education Coordinator and middle school special education teacher. Carolyn holds a Doctor of Education in Professional Leadership in Literacy from the University of Houston and has earned both a Master of Education in Special Education and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Boston University.
