Michał Walerowski has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Michał currently works at Ailleron as the Business Unit Director - AI/ML & Data Solutions, where they support financial institutions in leveraging customer data and implementing AI/ML technologies. Their responsibilities include managing data and ML teams, overseeing ongoing projects, conducting R&D activities, and providing expertise in data management and AI/ML implementation. Michał also collaborates with sales, marketing, consultants, and partners. Previously, they worked at Ready4S as an International Business Development Manager and at Ailleron as a Business Development Manager, Product Owner, and Business Consultant. Prior to that, they held various key account management roles at Software Mind and Comarch SA. Michał began their career as an intern in the purchasing department at Artman SA.

Michał Walerowski began their education in 2002 at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, where they completed their Master of Science degree in International relations - foreign trade in 2007. In 2005, they pursued further studies at Avans University of Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Business in the following year.
