Rick Hartwig has over a decade of experience as a Principal at Marketing Fluency and Leadership Fluency, where they provided executive-level leadership, marketing strategy, sales, and communications consulting to technology-focused companies. Rick was often brought in as a leadership advisor or VP of marketing, working closely with CEOs and senior management teams. In 2020, they joined Enjoy The Work as a General Partner.
