Rachel Lepcha is an experienced Executive Assistant currently working at AIHP Group since September 2019, where the focus is on creating and managing high-quality workplace environments. Prior to this role, Rachel served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman at Ashwath Infratech Private Limited from October 2016 to July 2019, and worked as a Front Office Executive and Logistics Coordinator at The British Education Centre for a brief period in 2016. Rachel's career began at Indian Hotels Company Limited as a Guest Service Associate from December 2013 to March 2016.
