Rodrigo Valadares has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Diretor Comercial e Produtos and Head of Sales at AIG since October 2012, with previous roles including Branch Manager for São Paulo and Minas Gerais, as well as Broker Quality Manager. Prior to AIG, Rodrigo Valadares held the position of Gerente Comercial at Itau Seguros from February 2011 to September 2012, and at Porto Seguro from December 2009 to January 2011. Additional experience includes roles at Itaú Seguros de Auto e Residência and Unibanco AIG Seguros e Previdência S.A. Rodrigo Valadares holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, earned between 2002 and 2007.
