Dawson Horn is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and corporate counsel roles across various industries. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Vice President at AIG since 2013, Dawson previously held significant positions including Senior Litigation Counsel at Tyco International, where management of thousands of asbestos claims was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Dawson was Assistant General Counsel at Altria, overseeing major tobacco-related litigation and successfully defending against a multi-billion dollar lawsuit. Additional roles include Deputy General Counsel at UnitedAuto Group, Chief Counsel at Campbell Soup Company, and Senior Counsel at Scott Paper Company, with a solid educational foundation consisting of a JD from Duke University School of Law and an A.B. from Duke University.
