Daniel Zharkovsky is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at AIG. Previously held roles include Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Senior M&A Underwriter at AIG, as well as General Counsel at Vault. Daniel also served as VP, Associate General Counsel at Allied World and worked as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Early in their career, Daniel was a Teacher/Tutor at The Princeton Review. Daniel earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in English Literature from New York University.
