Subash Gautam's work experience begins in 2014, where they worked as a Computer Science Teacher at Kathmandu International School and as a Teacher at Sudesha School. In 2014, they also joined AIESEC as an OGX member. In 2019, Subash became an Entrepreneur and developed and designed Mixed Reality/Augmented Reality applications for HoloLens and Android/iOS platforms. Subash started their own startup after an internship, where they created creative MarkerBased AR and Spatial AR content, introduced the concept of Digital packaging/branding, and presented prototypes to potential investors and partners. In 2021, Subash joined Qubilea Oy as a Test Engineer, where they performed various testing tasks for VR/XR HW/SW products, including writing test cases, manual testing, documentation, bug analysis, and reporting. Subash also gained experience in Unity 3D, AR/XR content creation and testing, game testing, and VR/XR content compatibility testing. Subash used Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence for project management and Python for scripting. Continuing their career, Subash joined Aiforia Technologies in 2023 as a Senior Software Test Engineer.

Subash Gautam attended Centria University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, Subash studied at softwarica college, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided for this time period.
