Pauli Mankinen has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. Pauli worked as an Event Producer at Design Museum, Helsinki in June 2016. From May 2016 to February 2018, they served as an Innovating Consultant at Innokampus Oy, where they generated new ideas for clients. In 2018, they worked as a Salesperson at Treamer from June to September. Starting from 2020, they held the position of Head of Partnerships at Inkubio, Guild of Bioinformation Technology until January 2021, where they managed corporate relations. In 2021, they worked as a Software Tester at Aiforia Technologies from June onwards. Currently, they are the Co-Founder of UpCharge.fi, a power bank sharing tech company that develops a linking platform between software companies and the physical world to provide digital sales and marketing solutions.

Pauli Mankinen began their education in 2006 at the Russian elementary school (Consulate school), where they completed their primary education until 2017. From 2015 to 2018, they attended TYK - Töölön Yhteiskoulu, a private high school, earning their high school diploma. Currently, Pauli is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioinformation Technology at Aalto University, which they started in 2018 and is expected to complete by 2022.
