Jonathan Knowles is the current Scientific Advisor at Aiforia. Jonathan has also previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Immunocore, a Professor of Translational Research at EPFL, and a FiDiPro Professor at the University of Helsinki. In addition, they have also been the Head of Group Research at Hoffmann-La Roche and Director at Glaxo Institute for Molecular Biology.

Jonathan Knowles received their undergraduate degree from the University of Oxford and their PhD from the University of Helsinki. Jonathan has conducted research in the fields of personalized medicine, translational research, and molecular biology. Their work has helped to advance the understanding of how to tailor treatments to individual patients based on their unique genetic makeup.

Jonathan Knowles graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a SEP. Jonathan then went on to earn their PhD in Molecular Genetics from The University of Edinburgh. Their 1st Class Honours in Biology is from the University of East Anglia. Jonathan also attended Magdalen College School, Oxford.
