Ronnie Smith has extensive experience in industrial recruiting and training, having served as the Assistant Director for North Alabama at AIDT since June 1996, overseeing multiple training centers. Prior to that role, Ronnie held supervisor positions at SCI from May 1995 to May 1996 and served as a First Sergeant in the US Army from March 1975 to April 1995, specializing in field artillery and battlefield control systems. Ronnie's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial Technology from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Columbia College Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Columbia College Chicago, and an Associate of Science in General Education from Calhoun Community College.
