Crystal Adamma Nwaokocha has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Crystal Adamma started their career as a Student Administrative Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago Payroll and Benefits in 2015, where they managed and validated confidential information and provided administrative support. Crystal Adamma also worked at the Institute of Health Research and Policy as a Student Administrative Assistant, where they reconciled department travel and facilitated with research.

In 2017, Crystal founded Millennial Influence, an organization that hosts events for millennials to learn about entrepreneurship, financial literacy, passive income, and career development.
