Rhiana Gademsky has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Business Technology Analyst Summer Scholar at Deloitte. In 2015, they were an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Barclays. Rhiana continued to work at Barclays as an Investment Banking Analyst from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they joined KarpReilly, LLC in 2018 as a Growth Equity Associate. In 2020, Rhiana became a founding member of Propel, where they contributed to accelerating the careers of future builders. In 2021, they joined cocokind as the Chief of Staff, a role they held until 2023. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and CEO of Aidora. Additionally, they are a member of The Angel Group since 2022.

Rhiana Gademsky completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Hillsborough High School from 2008 to 2012; however, their degree and field of study are not specified for high school.
