Tal Shanie has extensive work experience in program management and software engineering. Tal is currently the Director of R&D Program Management at Aidoc, a position they have held since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Medtronic as a Program Manager from October 2021 to December 2023. Tal also served as the Director of Program Management at DRIVENETS from October 2019 to September 2021. Before that, Tal worked at IBM in various program management roles, including Program Manager at XIV from January 2017 to August 2019 and Program Manager at Real-time Compression from November 2015 to January 2017. Tal also held the position of Manager, Real-time Compression Development at IBM from April 2012 to November 2015. Earlier in their career, Tal worked at BigBand Networks as an SW Group Manager from January 2011 to April 2012 and as an SW Team Leader from December 2007 to December 2010. Tal also worked at Atrica as an SW Team Leader from August 2004 to November 2007 and as an SW Engineer and Projects Lead from August 2002 to August 2004. Tal began their career at Seriqa Networks as a Senior SW Engineer from January 2001 to July 2002, and at Radguard LTD as a Software Engineer from October 1999 to December 2000.

Tal Shanie obtained an Engineer degree in Information-systems from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 1995 and 1999.
