Melissa C. is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance and Accounting at Banca AideXa since September 2023. Previously, Melissa held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Xyence Capital SGR from 2022 to September 2023, and was the Head of Administration and Accounting at J-INVEST S.P.A. from 2018 to 2022, where responsibilities included preparation of annual financial statements and oversight of administrative and tax matters. Melissa's career began at PwC, where from 2006 to 2018, significant experience was gained in auditing and consulting for banking clients, particularly in the areas of leasing and securitization.
