Rachana P. is an Operations Manager at AideWiser SolTek, responsible for overseeing recruitment and client acquisition operations since July 2022, alongside managing internal hiring and stakeholder coordination. With a diverse background in education and technology, Rachana has served as a Teacher at Toddlers Nursery since March 2009, and previously as a Mathematics Teacher at Kids Kingdom Learning Centre from June 2006 to February 2007. Rachana’s earlier experience includes roles as a Software Programmer at Intec Computing Solutions and a Lecturer at Gangamail College of Engineering. Rachana holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from SSVPS'S Bapusaheb Shivajirao Deore College of Engineering and completed secondary education at J.R City High School.
