Gregório Ivanchechen de Mattos has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a DBA Intern at UTFPR. In 2011, they were a Development Intern (Java) at GVT. In 2013, they were a Founder at Bever App and a C# .Net Development Intern at Voe Technologies. In 2014, they were a Market Intelligence Analyst and a Market Intelligence Intern at Ambev. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Product & IT Lead at WhatsDelivery, where they generated R$ 1MM+ in sales and improved customer experience. Since 2019, they have been a Product Owner and Software Engineer at Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht NV, and since 2022, they have been a Product Manager at Aidence.

Gregório Ivanchechen de Mattos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sistemas de Informação from the Federal University of Technology - Parana between 2009 and 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. as a Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager in November 2021, as well as from Cambridge Assessment for CAE Cambridge English: Advanced and FCE First Certificate in English.
