Additionally, Serranos has contributed to the hospitality field through editorial work with AIDABE and as an Associate Professor at EU Business School. Previous positions include General Manager for the Expo Dubai Spain & Mexico Pavilions and Corporate Food & Beverage Manager at Grupo Reside Hostelería.
