Aaron Lozano is an experienced hotel management professional with a strong background in food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the Director General and General Manager at Paradisus Varadero, Aaron has held several significant positions within Meliá Hotels International, including General Manager at Tryp Cayo Coco and Director of Food and Beverage at Meliá Las Américas Golf and Resort. Additionally, Aaron is a senior partner at AIDABE, contributing to the Ibero-American Association of Food and Beverage Directors.
