Maciej Kaniewski is an experienced Director of Software Engineering at AIC S.A., responsible for the full software development lifecycle, acting as a software development director, solution architect, product owner, agile evangelist, scrum master, and chapter manager. With a strong background in program management, resource allocation, and team leadership across various engineering domains, Maciej has managed teams of over 20 engineers and played a key role in driving agile methodologies. Prior positions include Software Engineering Manager at Implix and Senior Software Engineer roles at Lufthansa Systems, where significant contributions to electronic charts applications and paperless cockpit implementations were made. Maciej holds an M.Sc in Informatics from Gdańsk University of Technology and further education from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Additionally, Maciej serves as a board member at Giga Techspace.
