Jacek Filbrandt has extensive experience in operational and production management, currently serving as Dyrektor operacyjny and Dyrektor produkcji at AIC S.A. since August 2011, after previously holding the position of Kierownik produkcji at Terma Sp. z o.o. from May 2005 to July 2011. Jacek Filbrandt's educational background includes a Management degree from ICAN Institute (2019-2020), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Gdańsk University of Technology (2012-2013), and various postgraduate studies in Operational Management and Entrepreneurship from Gdańsk University of Technology and Wyższa Szkoła Administracji i Biznesu im. E. Kwiatkowskiego. Additionally, Jacek Filbrandt holds a Master's degree in Chemical Process Technology from Gdańsk University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Protection from the University of Gdansk.
