Serge Kononov has extensive experience in quality assurance, starting in January 2000 as a Quality Assurance Analyst/OS Analyst at NTSXXCAL/DELL Computers. Over the years, Serge progressed through various roles, including Quality Assurance Analyst at ARC Systems, eventually serving as Director of Quality Assurance, where responsibilities included managing and directing the QA program. Following this, Serge held positions as a Senior QA Engineer at U.S. Department of Labor and Multimedia Games, focusing on developing testing strategies and quality assurance methods. In January 2011, Serge transitioned to 360training as a Sr. QA Engineer, before assuming the role of QA Manager at AiBUY in September 2011, where Serge built the QA department from the ground up, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
