Shalaw Evjen is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of S. Evjen Engineering AS, a consultancy focused on automation and subsea engineering in the oil and gas sector since December 2021. In parallel, Shalaw serves as a Senior Automation Engineer at Aibel, emphasizing subsea projects. Previous experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at Kongsberg Maritime, where involvement in the Dvalin-Heidrun project took place, and a Technical Designer at Noratel AS, focusing on power electronics design. Additional experience encompasses positions in technical support, service, and transportation, alongside education in Cybernetics and Engineering.
