Jong Chico is an experienced professional in real estate investment and development, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Real Estate Investment Management at AIA Philippines since August 2013. Prior to this role, Jong held various positions at JLL, including Senior Manager for Project and Development Services, managing the corporate real estate needs of global clients such as Sykes and Convergys. Jong's earlier roles included Development Manager at Meraas, where contributions were made to urban redevelopment projects in Dubai, as well as similar positions at USOS Holding LLC, TDIC, Nakheel, and Dubai Festival City, involved in prominent mixed-use developments. Jong commenced a career in project management in the Philippines after graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines in 1989.
