Yen Yan Chai is an experienced professional in the insurance and finance sectors, currently serving as the Agency Business Quality Manager at AIA Malaysia since February 2021. Prior to this role, Yen Yan Chai held the position of Compliance Manager at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad from January 2017 to February 2021, and worked as the Internal Audit Manager at GREAT EASTERN from August 2008 to December 2016. Yen Yan Chai holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
