Craig Parker currently serves as the General Manager of Retail Distribution, Client Development & Premium Service at AIA Australia since September 2016, focusing on supporting clients' financial wellbeing through clear goal setting and confidence-building. Previously, Craig held roles as General Manager for Next Generation Partnerships, where emphasis was placed on advancing AIA Australia's digital health and wellbeing offerings, and General Manager of Marketing and Distribution for Health, promoting brand positioning through a multi-distribution strategy. Additional experience includes Head of Distribution and Member Experience for AIA Health, guiding operational strategy, and Senior Manager of Strategic Delivery, overseeing strategic projects within the CEO's office across Australia and New Zealand.
