Reshma has also worked as a Consultant Finance Director at The Growth Lab, contributing to the growth and success of small to medium-sized businesses. Reshma's earlier experience includes working as a Financial Consultant at Arbor Education Partners and as a Financial Controller at ALLPEX LTD, where they managed finance and HR functions while maintaining relationships with auditors, banks, and financial lenders.
