Carolyn A. Freeman, MS, SHRM-CP, PHR, serves as an HR Generalist at AI Signal Research, Inc. since November 2015, focusing on recruitment, staffing, workers compensation management, HR compliance reporting, business development, and HR strategy. Previously, Carolyn held the position of HR Manager at Kennametal, Inc. (formerly ATI Firth Sterling) from August 1996 to March 2015, providing HR leadership across five manufacturing locations and acting as a strategic business partner supporting HR practices for over 400 employees. Carolyn earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, along with an Associate's degree in Secretarial Science from Calhoun Community College.
