Paul Nielsen currently serves as the Managing Director of Proxim at Near Earth Autonomy and is a Co-Founder and member of the Board of Directors at AI MINDSystems Foundation, focusing on enhancing access to exponential technologies for underserved communities. Paul Nielsen is also an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon University, teaching a course on healthcare innovation for medical professionals transitioning into executive roles. Prior experience includes leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, where Paul Nielsen held various titles including President of the UHG Academy of Technology and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Solutions. Paul Nielsen has been involved with advisory boards at Gartner and Google and has significant experience in operations and strategic development from prior roles at G-cluster, MyTribalTotem, SeaWell Networks, and Verivue. Paul Nielsen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
