Eva Navarro López serves as a Full Professor in Computing at the Rochester Institute of Technology, specializing in the application of artificial intelligence models to complex systems in game development and interactive media. As the Director of the AiDAs Research Lab, Eva focuses on next-generation AI and data science through nature-inspired computational models. Further involvement includes affiliations with the Center for Human-aware AI and the Personalize Healthcare Technology Research Center, as well as participation in advisory roles with the International Panel on the Information Environment and UNESCO. Eva's extensive academic background includes research fellowships at leading institutions and a commitment to promoting inclusivity through various initiatives, including the Athena SWAN Charter. Moreover, Eva holds multiple degrees in engineering and applied mathematics from various universities in Spain.
