Rob May is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in technology and artificial intelligence. As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of HalfCourt Ventures since 2016, Rob has overseen the establishment of three funds and has facilitated over 100 investments across various technology stages. Rob also co-founded the AI Innovators Community in 2022, which fosters global AI-related events. Currently serving as Executive Chairman of BrandGuard, Rob is involved in automating brand content verification through AI models. Prior roles include Founder and CEO of PJC, where strategic investments in early-stage companies were made, and a range of leadership positions at companies like Talla, AdmitHub, and Backupify, the latter of which was acquired by Datto. Rob holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Kentucky.
