Armen Grigoryan, PhD, has extensive work experience in the field of technology and startups. Armen currently serves as the SVP Product at ´¡±õ-±õ¶Ùâ„¢, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a startup coach and adviser at ANAHIT TechCenter, where they assisted in building high-tech and IT startups from idea to fundraising. Armen also provided technical consultancy and advice as a startup coach at X Co from February 2020 to September 2022. Armen has experience in operations management, having served as the Head of Operations, Armenian branch at TBOL Inc from 2019 to 2020, and later as the Head of Operations, Armenian branch at Uphold Inc. from 2018 to 2019.

Armen's expertise in startup mentoring and consulting was honed during their time at GVA Capital, where they provided guidance to startups from 2016 to 2020. Armen further developed their consulting and coaching skills through their involvement in the Silicon Valley Insiders Intensive Program from 2016 to 2019.

In terms of technical leadership, Armen served as the Director of Engineering and Software Development at Cortex MCP, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. Armen also co-founded HitLabs.am in 2012, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, they held the position of Technical Director at Log4Pro from 2012 to 2013, where they established and managed a team of developers and designed a cloud platform for logistics.
