Shannon Bui, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) since June 2019, Shannon previously held positions focused on talent acquisition and retention at New Hope Housing, and has a foundational experience as a Human Resources Analyst at Willis Towers Watson. Earlier career roles include serving as a Human Resources Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at the International Association of Chiefs of Police, a Program Assistant at the International Finance Corporation, and a Staff Assistant at the International Monetary Fund. Shannon Bui holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The George Washington University.
