Shiny Sharma is an experienced Behavior Intervention Specialist currently working at AHRC Suffolk since February 2022. Previously, Shiny held roles as a Psychologist/Behavior Intervention Specialist at Independent Group Home Living from December 2017 to January 2022 and as a Parent Trainer at Lifespire from October 2019 to October 2021. Other relevant positions include Positive Behavior Intervention Specialist at Alliance Services for TBI, Inc. and Therapy Assistant at Quality Services for the Autism Community (QSAC). Additionally, Shiny served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Misdemeanor Justice Project and as a Vocational Services Intern at the Center for Employment Opportunities. Shiny holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY), and is currently pursuing a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Hunter College.
