Shaun Weathers has over 20 years of experience at AHRC Nassau, starting as a Direct Support Professional in 2001. Shaun progressed through various roles, including Medicaid Service Coordinator, Program Coordinator for Day Habilitation and Community Living Services, and Assistant Director before becoming the Director and eventually the Vice President of Operations in 2018. In their current role, Shaun oversees all AHRC Nassau programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering relationships with government agencies, and promoting the agency's mission.

Shaun Weathers received their High School Diploma from Kellenberg Memorial High School in 1999. Shaun then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Temple University in 2004. Recently, Shaun obtained a Master's degree in Human Services from Stony Brook University in 2022.
