Kavita Lobo is an experienced dental professional with a comprehensive background in clinical governance and regulatory roles. Currently serving as Chair of the Dental Notifications Complaints Assessment at AHPRA and as Director of Clinical Governance at NSW Ambulance, Kavita also holds several significant positions, including Section VIII Administrative Officer at the International College of Dentists and Dentist & Practice Owner at a private practice since 1999. Previously, Kavita was Chair of the Complaints and Notifications Committee at Health Professional Councils Authority and Clinical Director at Bupa Dental Care AUS. With a Master of Clinical Medicine focused on Leadership and Management from the University of Newcastle, a GAICD in Corporate Governance from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (Hons) from the University of Sydney, Kavita combines clinical expertise with strong governance capabilities.
