Robin Anderson has had a long and successful career in the grocery industry. Robin started working at Giant Food in 1980 as a Director of Human Resource Manager. Robin then moved on to Ahold, where they became a Director of Human Resources. In 1995, they returned to Giant Food as a Store Manager, a role they held until 2001. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Giant Food.

Robin Anderson received a Master of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Management from the University of Maryland from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Maryland, attending from 1976 to 1980.
