Brian Weber is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with over a decade of experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at AHEAD since November 2013, Brian has also held roles as RecOps Manager, Team Lead, and Specialist within the company, which specializes in optimizing IT service delivery. Prior to AHEAD, Brian worked as an IT Recruiter at Sentinel Technologies, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive recruiting strategies. Brian's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Branch Manager, overseeing operational aspects and team performance. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
