Steven Demmer, PE, is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in water resources and stormwater management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at AHBL Inc. since July 2022, Steven previously worked as a Water Resources Engineer at Robin Kirschbaum, Inc., delivering consulting services on stormwater management across various settings in the Northwest. Prior roles include serving as a Water Resources Engineer and Inspector at the Philadelphia Water Department, where Steven ensured compliance with stormwater regulations and conducted system assessments, and as a Water Treatment Engineer, providing essential support for the treatment and distribution of drinking water. Steven began their career as a Lab Technician at Temple University, analyzing soil samples following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Temple University College of Engineering.
