Sachin Deshpande is a seasoned Technical Recruiter with over 16 years of experience in the IT recruitment industry. Currently, Sachin is employed at Aguila Consulting since June 2014, specializing in headhunting candidates for roles in the UK and Europe. Prior to this, Sachin worked at Avance Consulting from September 2009 to June 2014, focusing on the search and placement of IT professionals across Europe, with an emphasis on sales, marketing, services, and frontline account management.
