Mike Lee currently serves as the R&D Manager at TXAT / Aguila Ammunition USA since April 2021. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Production Manager at United States Mask from October 2020 to April 2021. From January 2009 to October 2020, Mike worked at Rio Ammunition, Inc. as Quality Supervisor and Plant Manager. Additionally, Mike was the Production and Quality Manager at Manufacturing between May 2009 and October 2019, where responsibilities included training the new production team in factories located in Spain and Texas, as well as providing leadership across all areas of the Quality department.
