Nizar Odeimeh has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Nizar began their work experience at KPMG in 2001 as an Audit Senior, where they stayed until 2006. From there, they joined Al Foah Company LLC and held the positions of Budget & MIS Manager from 2006 to 2007 and Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2023. Currently, Nizar Odeimeh is the Vice President - CVC & Strategic Projects at Agthia Group PJSC, a position they have held since January 2023.

Nizar Odeimeh attended The University of Toledo from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a BA degree in Accounting. In 2004, they obtained a CPA certification from AICPA. In 2008, they enrolled in Harvard Business School's Program for Leadership Development for a year. Most recently, in 2023, Nizar pursued the Venture Capital program from Wharton Executive Education.
