Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught university-level courses in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
