Zach Pinto serves as the Director of Carbon & Ecosystem Service Markets at AgSpire, which focuses on regenerative agriculture and Scope 3 advisory services since January 2023. Prior to this role, Zach held multiple positions at Pinion, including Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consulting Associate in Sustainability Services for Food, Farm, and Agriculture Businesses from February 2017 to May 2022, contributing to a wide array of consulting and sustainability strategies. Additionally, Zach gained experience as a Fellow in Nature-Based Entrepreneurship at ECOSTAR Natural Talents, and as a Farm Volunteer in Coffee Agroforestry with De La Gente. Earlier work includes roles at MDRC as Senior Technical Research Assistant and Technical Research Assistant in Social Impact Measurement, where evaluation and impact assessment were key focuses. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Middlebury College and attended Brown University, along with a study abroad program, after graduating salutatorian from Stoneham High School.
